MEET CAISHA 

Caisha started her career 12 years ago in CIO Search where she would use LinkedIn extensively to source C-Level executive candidates and find new clients to work with. Caisha quickly realised that although she worked in sales, she didn't want to be just another "sales" person and started to look for ways she could be different to her competitors. Caisha then realised that the best approach was the "value first" approach. Where you add value first to your prospects, position yourself as the expert and then easily get in-bound leads from perfect clients wanting to work with you. Caisha began using LinkedIn as a platform to educate, engage and add value to her community and quickly realised just how powerful it was to attract high-ticket clients who needed her services. Fast forward, Caisha is now the Founder of The Elite LinkedIn Growth Academy, a program to help Business and Sales Leaders to leverage LinkedIn to grow their visibility and attract premium clients.
